Sarah Foxwell missing , murdered by Thomas J. Leggs Jr.

Sarah Foxwell , an 11 year old girl from Salisbury Maryland who was missing from some days was found at last. It is believed that she was kidnapped and murdered by a known sex offender named Thomas J. Leggs Jr.


He’s a former boyfriend of the girl’s aunt.
